Gas, water and drainage systems inside buildings – sanitary and heating installations

Summary

The tender covers construction works for sanitary and heating systems in the existing building of the Deutsches Technikmuseum in Berlin. The scope includes extensive renewal of the sanitary installation, replacement of heating systems and radiators, adaptation of pipe connections, relocation of a heating route, renewal and connection of heating circuits in ventilation centres, and correction of fire-safety deficiencies. The works are scheduled from 4 January 2027 to 30 June 2029 in three binding construction phases. Bidders must submit electronically via the Berlin procurement platform, follow the amended schedule, and comply with tariff-compliant pay, security, liquidated damages and liability insurance requirements. From 1 January 2026, gross hourly pay in the SHK sector ranges from EUR 13.51 to EUR 27.33 and the regular working week is 39 hours.
