Planning services for the extension of Holle Primary School

Summary

The Municipality of Holle is procuring building and interior design services for service phases 3–9 and outdoor-facility planning for phases 1–9 for a two-storey vertical extension of the primary school’s special-classroom wing. The project includes insulating the existing wing, adapting and redesigning the outdoor areas, and providing at least six classrooms of approximately 65 m² each, four differentiation rooms, toilets, storage and ancillary spaces. The extension is to be supported by a structure that spans the existing building rather than transferring its load to it.
