Structural shell works for the new Meschede vocational college

Summary

Hochsauerlandkreis is procuring structural shell works for the new Meschede vocational college, a three-storey, unbasemented building with approximately 15,000 m² of floor area. The works include foundations and drainage, the ground slab, precast and cast-in-place concrete walls, prestressed hollow-core and filigree floor slabs, precast stairs, masonry, reinforcement and building-services elements embedded in the structure. The contract also covers associated site facilities and closing structural openings; the site setup and earthworks already completed by others are excluded.
