Summary

The tender covers the supply, installation, connection and commissioning of kitchen equipment for the new canteen kitchen at the school centre in Gerlingen. The mixed-meal kitchen is intended to serve approximately 400–450 people, and the scope includes stainless-steel kitchen furniture and sinks, hot-kitchen equipment, combi ovens, a glass-ceramic cooker, cold and deep-freeze rooms, refrigeration systems, a conveyor dishwasher, food-service and dish-return counters, electrical and sanitary connections, drawings, user training, documentation and maintenance costs. The works are scheduled for 8 February 2027 to 8 June 2027; the tender deadline is 15 October 2026 at 10:00. Price is the only award criterion. Participation requires evidence of registration, comparable turnover and experience, at least three references, and the required company, pricing and technical documents.
