Outdoor works for the Learning Hub

Summary

The procurement covers the construction of outdoor areas for the Learning Hub building on the planned campus of the Technical University of Nuremberg, including paved surfaces, paths, seating areas and planting. The works must be coordinated with construction of the building and other campus works. The areas needed to begin university operations must be ready for use before the start of the autumn semester in 2027; planting may, where necessary, be completed afterwards.
