Heating plant for Zell-Weierbach School Campus – Heating, ventilation and sanitary works

The tender concerns heating, ventilation and sanitary works for the heating plant at the Zell-Weierbach school campus in Offenburg. The works include, among other things, installation of a heat pump using CO2 refrigerant with an output of approximately 330 kW, pipework, a 4,000-litre buffer tank, ventilation equipment, and water and wastewater works. The works are planned for 2 November 2026 to 31 May 2027. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 5 October 2026 at 10:00; paper tenders are not permitted. Price is the only award criterion. The bidder must demonstrate suitability, comparable previous experience, technical equipment, quality assurance, workforce information, professional liability insurance, turnover and registration in the relevant professional register. A 5% performance guarantee and a 3% defects liability guarantee are required.
