Disposal of hazardous waste (framework agreement)

Summary

The tender concerns the labelling, on-site collection, transport, treatment and final disposal of hazardous special waste for Leibniz University Hannover, including the required documentation. The framework agreement is intended to start on 1 April 2027, initially run for 2 years and be extendable by up to a further 2 years by mutual agreement. The service covers ADR dangerous goods classes 2–6, 8 and 9; explosive substances in class 1 and radioactive substances in class 7 are excluded. The bidder must serve the Hannover, Sarstedt and Garbsen sites, use approved ADR vehicles and normally complete collection within 2 weeks of an order. The signed or digitally signed tender must be uploaded by 13 October 2026 at 10:00. The tender is evaluated using weighted award criteria and not on price alone.
