Railway Worksite Protection Services for the Nersingen Station System Renewal – KSP HST 30-Minute Interval

Summary

The tender covers protecting railway workers from hazards arising from train operations while the station system at Nersingen is renewed. Offers must remain binding until 22 December 2026. Alternative or modified offers are allowed only with a main offer. The contracting authority may request a price calculation, which must be provided within 7 calendar days. The bidder must also submit the required declarations on exclusion grounds, sanctions, code of conduct, and links or economic dependence. The absence of planning approval may prevent the contract from being awarded.
