Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for supplying new refrigerators, laboratory refrigerators and freezers, dishwashers and microwaves for laboratory areas and staff rooms at University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf. The framework is planned for two years, with two unilateral one-year extension options. Orders will be placed as needed, and the estimated quantities are not guaranteed minimum purchases. Delivery to a central receiving point, a minimum 24-month warranty, all operating components, manufacturer training for at least six service technicians, CE certification, product documentation and spare-parts availability for at least seven years after the last delivery are required. The tender is not divided into lots. Offers must be submitted electronically in German by 12 October 2026 at 13:00. Questions may be submitted until 30 September 2026. Price is the only award criterion and accounts for 100%. Alternative offers and variants are not permitted. The equipment must meet detailed requirements concerning energy consumption, dimensions, capacity, noise, temperature control, alarms, energy classes, hygienic cleaning and disinfection, and other technical features.
