Dismantling of office containers

Summary

Friedrich Schiller University Jena is procuring, as one undivided contract, the dismantling and removal of its Microverse interim office-container facility. The work includes removing the interior fit-out and building services, dismantling the stair tower and 33 containers, and transporting the containers up to 300 km; the contractor will purchase the containers, with the purchase price credited against the dismantling and transport costs. The work also includes demolishing and properly disposing of approximately 50 m³ of concrete slab and foundations, and leaving an approximately 140 m² level gravelled surface. The work must be completed by 31 January 2027.
