Summary

The tender concerns the general refurbishment of Westfriedhof cemetery at Baldurstraße 28 in Munich, in particular building construction works for a U-shaped building with an inner courtyard. The works include site establishment, grading and compacting 5,100 m² of the site, 2,600 m³ of excavation, concrete and reinforced-concrete works, 28 tonnes of B500A reinforcing steel, waterproofing and preparatory works for outdoor electrical installations. The planned construction period is 6 September 2027 to 14 January 2028. Price is the only award criterion. The bidder must provide the required qualification and reference information, submit an electronic tender in German and demonstrate that the materials to be used comply with strict environmental and health-protection requirements.
