Drywall works

Summary

The tender concerns drywall works for the construction of a primary school and children’s centre at the Kirschgelände site in Munich. The works include approximately 2,900 m² of metal stud walls, 1,250 m² of lining systems and shaft walls, 750 m² of suspended plasterboard ceilings and 7,000 m² of suspended wood-wool lightweight panel ceilings. The planned execution period is from 8 March 2027 to 5 May 2028. The tender must be submitted electronically in German by 6 October 2026 at 10:20; price is the only award criterion and variants are not permitted. The bidder must demonstrate relevant registrations, economic capacity, comparable experience and the availability of the required workforce.
