Planning, supply and commissioning of a vacuum belt filter for BioCampus MultiPilot (BMP)

Summary

Zweckverband Hafen Straubing-Sand is procuring a vacuum belt filter for processing fibrous and granular biomass suspensions or hydrolysates at the BioCampus MultiPilot demonstration plant. The scope includes detailed engineering, instrumentation and automation, manufacture, factory testing, delivery, installation, commissioning, performance verification and documentation. The system is designed for an inlet flow of up to 10 m³/h, solids content of up to 15% by weight and an active filter area of approximately 0.5–1.5 m².
