Framework Agreement for Office Supplies

Summary

The procurement is for a framework agreement to supply office materials to 12 universities in Hesse. The supplier must offer and price the full range of 330 items, maintain an electronic product catalogue usable within WPS, process orders received through that system, and handle deliveries, returns and customer service. No separate supplier webshop or external system connection will be used. The agreement initially runs for 24 months and may be extended in 12-month periods up to a maximum of 48 months. Orders will depend on actual requirements, and no minimum purchase volume is guaranteed. The offer must include the required company and qualification information, three references for comparable work performed during the past three years, insurance evidence and a contract-delivery and service plan. The priced product range and required samples must be included; a WPS-compatible catalogue-data extract for the 30 sampled products is also required. Products must meet the technical and sustainability requirements. Evaluation considers the price of a weighted basket, product quality, and service and logistics.
