Relocation services for the renovation of Building 3 at the Münster Justice Center

Summary

The tender covers relocation, room-clearance, protection, transport and reinstatement services during the façade and roof renovation of Building 3 at the Münster Justice Center. The contractor must clear designated groups of rooms in stages, move furniture and loose furnishings to temporary accommodation, and return them in accordance with the relocation plan after the works. A foreperson who speaks and writes German and has decision-making authority must be assigned throughout the works. The bid deadline is 3 November 2026 at 09:00.
