Torgauer Platz – Planning services for tram infrastructure (HOAI service phases 8–9)

Summary

Leipziger Verkehrsbetriebe (LVB) GmbH is procuring HOAI planning and construction-supervision services for the Torgauer Platz tram infrastructure, from 1 February 2027 to 30 June 2032. Stage I covers service phase 8 for transport infrastructure planning—including track, stops and overhead lines—with local construction supervision, plus technical-equipment planning for traction power and low-voltage systems. Stage II covers service phase 9 for the same disciplines, including the specified basic and additional services. The procurement is not divided into lots.
