Summary

The tender concerns replacement and modernization of neurophysiological diagnostic systems at the Halle (Saale) University Hospital. The procurement includes EEG-, EMG-, ENG- and evoked potentials systems. Specifically planned are an EMG system, a stationary ENG/EP system, a mobile ENG/EMG/EP system, a stationary EEG system without video equipment, and a mobile EEG system with video equipment. The scope also covers the necessary hardware and software components, workstation licenses, and the integration of the systems into the existing hospital information system ORBIS, including the required interfaces, integration, testing and commissioning work. The aim is to replace the current legacy systems with a modern IT-security-compliant system and to improve data exchange between the neurophysiological systems and the hospital information system. An optional maintenance contract after the warranty period is included. Estimated contract value: 255,388 EUR net / 303,911.72 EUR gross.
