Summary

This tender concerns bidder suitability and absence of exclusion grounds and the documents to be submitted. Declarations described in 1.1 and 1.2 must be provided regarding entries in the commercial or crafts registers and the absence of exclusion grounds under EU VOB/A, with additional documents as applicable. The process also covers economic/financial capacity and technical/professional capacity, with further required documents and references as requested by the contracting authority. All documents must be current at submission and translations provided where necessary. 3. Technical and professional capacity may require demonstration of subcontracting and references.
