The procurement covers routine cleaning at both buildings of the Sonnenblick daycare centre at Alt Grossziethen 53, Schoenefeld, together with deep cleaning that may be ordered if needed. Routine cleaning covers the rooms and surfaces at the frequencies and to the standards set out in the tender documents; the planning basis for daily cleaning is 254 working days per year. Cleaning is expected to start at around 17:00, although the time may be adjusted by agreement with the contracting authority where there is a justified need.
