Framework Agreement for External Hazardous Materials Management

Summary

WBM Wohnungsbaugesellschaft Berlin-Mitte and the other named group companies are procuring a framework agreement with six external hazardous-materials, contaminated-land and waste-management partners for their property portfolio. The services cover building and soil investigations, sampling and laboratory analysis, assessments and reports, remediation and demolition concepts, tender specifications, construction supervision and waste management. Around 35 individual projects per business year are estimated, but there is no guaranteed minimum; the maximum call-off value is EUR 8 million net. The initial term is 24 months, with two possible 12-month extensions.
