Berlin TXL – UTR – Disposal of non-hazardous PFAS-containing soil (BM-F0-1, VK2-3)
Summary
The tender covers the transport and compliant treatment or disposal of approximately 6,000 m³ of mineral, non-hazardous PFAS-containing soil generated at the former Berlin Tegel Airport site. The material falls under waste code 17 05 04 and is divided into two batches of approximately 5,000 tonnes and 7,000 tonnes, with PFAS categories VK 2 and VK 3. The bidder must handle acceptance documentation and electronic waste records, transport the material, complete its treatment or disposal, and provide the required evidence, including an Efb certificate, transport authorisation, facility-capacity evidence, a register extract and insurance evidence. The bid must be submitted electronically in German by 5 October 2026 at 12:00. Performance is to start within 10 days after award and transport must be completed within three months after it begins.
