Summary

The tender concerns a patent database service for the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030, together with an annual API service. The bid must price the patent database and API services for 2027–2029 and also include prices for the possible 2030 options; the exercise of an option will be notified no later than four weeks before the end of the relevant contract period. The bid deadline is 12 October 2026 at 10:00, and bids must remain valid until 6 November 2026. Bids will be evaluated on price (40%), the quality and completeness of the provided patent data (30%), and the platform’s functionality (30%).
