F30 Interior Glazing Works

Summary

The tender concerns the design, supply and installation of F30 fire-resistant interior glazing for the interior fit-out of the South Hall of the Deichtorhallen in Hamburg. The works include four non-load-bearing interior glazed wall elements, each measuring 19.75 m², steel mullion-and-transom structures, anti-tilt supports, connections, and associated drylining and fire-protection works. The glazing must be F30-rated laminated safety glass with PVB film, generally 20 mm thick, with a maximum glass height of 2.30 m. The bidder must provide 3 references for comparable work completed during the last 5 completed financial years, information on employee numbers and turnover for comparable work during the last 3 completed financial years, and the required registrations and evidence. The technical offer must include the selected system, equivalence evidence where applicable, workshop and installation drawings, checkable structural calculations, fire-safety evidence and completion documentation. A quality-assurance concept requiring the contracting authority’s approval must be submitted before work starts. The tender must be submitted electronically in German by 05 October 2026 at 12:00. Only one main offer is permitted; variants and multiple offers are not allowed. The offer must remain valid for 60 days. The planned performance period is 01 December 2026 to 24 February 2027, and price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%.
