Metalwork to remedy fire-safety defects at Building 3 of Münster Justice Centre

Summary

Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW Münster is procuring metalwork to remedy fire-safety defects in Building 3 of the Münster Justice Centre, used by the public prosecutor’s office. The works include removing and disposing of 17 existing glazed door units and supplying and installing 17 new aluminium-framed fire- or smoke-protection door units, with associated hardware, technical planning and documentation. The scope also includes annual maintenance of the doors and door technology for 4 years, as well as specified hourly work.
