Kommunaler Immobilien Service (KIS) is procuring roofing works for the north-eastern section of Potsdam Town Hall as part of the building’s comprehensive renovation. The works include removing and replacing roof coverings, timber repairs, underlay and roof tiling, copper sheet-metal roofing and rainwater drainage, as well as related roof-window and smoke-ventilation works.
