Network components

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for Cisco network components for the hospital and other eligible institutions until 31 December 2027. The estimated maximum volume is approximately EUR 2.56 million. The bidder must be an authorised Gold-Certified Partner of Cisco Systems GmbH and must be able to supply all required product groups, including switches, security and wireless network components, routers, transceivers, software, maintenance and support. The components must be factory-new Cisco original products manufactured no more than six months before the tender submission, sourced from the manufacturer or an authorised German distribution partner and intended for the German market. All products must include 24 months of Cisco basic service. The delivery time may not exceed three weeks after an order. The tender must be submitted in German by 28 September 2026 at 12:00. The bidder must complete the price sheet, state the discount for each product group, provide Cisco list prices in US dollars and the exchange rate used, and include the required qualification and product declarations. Evaluation applies a 100% cost weighting for 2026 and 90% for 2027; the offer with the lower weighted evaluation amount may be awarded the contract if all other conditions are met.
