Supply of a battery energy storage system (BESS)

Summary

FH Aachen is procuring a complete battery energy storage system to supply the high-power laser used in the HOLLA project. The supply includes a battery system with a capacity of at least 500 kWh, inverter and charger, a transformer and low-voltage main distribution board, together with transport, installation, connection to the laser and four cooling units, and commissioning in Herzogenrath. The core scope includes two years of maintenance; five- or ten-year maintenance may also be offered as an option.
