Summary

The tender concerns complete planning services for the heating and cooling infrastructure at the Gut Marienhof wastewater treatment plant. The scope covers HOAI service phases 1–8, including civil-engineering planning, traffic-facility planning, structural engineering, technical equipment, process engineering, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning, electrical engineering and process-control engineering, together with coordination of the disciplines. The project addresses heat, cooling and refrigeration supply systems and a complex interface between the existing cooling system and the service-water network; the service-water and drinking-water networks themselves are excluded from the measure. Implementation is planned in two main stages: first the heating network and then optimisation of the cooling-water system. Offers can receive up to 420 points. Price accounts for up to 168 points; the remaining points concern key-personnel qualifications, specialist-planner availability on site, resource allocation, project-team organisation, project implementation, and the bidder’s analysis of the assignment and risks. The submission deadline is 12 November 2026 at 11:00. The offer must be submitted electronically, in German and with net prices in euros. The bidder must provide the required references, professional or commercial register details, professional indemnity insurance evidence and, where requested, further supporting documents. The references cover planning in civil engineering, technical equipment, plant and pipeline construction, energy optimisation, electrical and automation systems, as well as at least three years of construction and facility-supervision experience. The commissioning date for each reference must fall between 2018 and the end of the tender submission period.
