Decentralised wastewater collection and disposal 2027–2030

Summary

The contract covers emptying, transporting and properly delivering wastewater from decentralised properties and faecal sludge from small treatment plants in the municipality of Wiesenburg/Mark from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030. The service area comprises Benken, Grubo, Jeserig/Fläming, Jeserigerhütten, Klepzig, Lehnsdorf, Medewitz, Mützdorf, Neuehütten, Reetz, Reetzerhütten, Reppinichen, Schlamau and Wiesenburg. Waste must be taken to the Wiesenburg wastewater treatment plant or the faecal-waste reception station at the railway station. Collection tanks may have a suction connection at the property boundary or no connection; tanks without a connection must be serviced using hoses up to 50 m long. Small treatment plants are emptied on the property. Wastewater and faecal sludge must be handled, documented and invoiced separately. The service also includes transport, delivery, coordination, record-keeping, monthly reporting and compliance with acceptance conditions. Unit prices must cover, among other things, travel, hose deployment, setup and waiting time, and reception charges. Reference quantities from 2025 are 17,604 m³ for tanks with a suction connection, 12,310 m³ for tanks serviced with hoses up to 20 m, 5,112 m³ for hoses between 20 and 50 m, and 25.6 m³ from small treatment plants. The contractor must also provide additional event services and maintain 24/7 readiness for emergency work. It must respond to event call-outs within 3 hours and to emergencies, such as an actual or threatened overflow, within 24 hours. Offers are evaluated partly on price components, vehicle fleet and staffing. To participate, bidders must submit a list of their main services from the previous five years, stating contract value, performance period and client, as well as information on available disposal vehicles and staff. Employees must be paid at least EUR 13 gross per hour unless a higher mandatory minimum applies.
