New administrative building 09.26 – façade works

The open procedure concerns façade construction for a new administrative building 09.26 in the Recklinghausen area. The scope includes aluminium and steel windows and doors, post-and-beam façades, ventilated aluminium and profiled-sheet façades, insulation, glazing, external textile solar shading, balustrade and parapet elements, technical calculations, shop and installation planning, samples, testing, cleaning and as-built documentation. The bidder must also have the required workforce and provide registration, tax, social-security and insurance evidence when requested. All technical, statutory, fire-safety, thermal, acoustic, airtightness, watertightness and CE-marking requirements in the tender documents must be met.
