Concert Hall fire protection measures and theatre interior fit-out

Summary

The City of Karlsruhe’s building and property management department is procuring the complete removal, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and documentation of electrical, safety and information technology systems as part of fire-safety upgrades and interior refurbishment at the Karlsruhe Concert Hall and theatre. The works include one main distribution board, approximately five sub-distribution boards, extensive cabling and cable-routing systems, and the removal and installation of lighting, including safety and escape-route signs. The scope also includes fire protection for electrical cable installations, inspections, operator training and expert acceptance.
