Procedural requirements for risk decisions in nuclear law (PARAT)

Summary

The Federal Office for the Safety of Nuclear Waste Management (BASE) is commissioning an 18-month research project on procedural requirements for risk decisions in nuclear law. The work covers a review of research and practice, two case studies of public-authority risk decisions, an expert workshop, a final report with recommendations, and a digital presentation of the findings. The workshop is planned as a 1.5-day in-person event for approximately 15 participants.
