Maintenance of Building Services Systems

Summary

The Free Hanseatic City of Bremen is procuring maintenance of building services systems in five lots: heating and sanitary equipment; electrical systems with a 24-hour call-out service; ventilation and partial air-conditioning; air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment; and fire doors and smoke and heat exhaust systems. The scope also includes repairs and additional services when required. Services are scheduled from 1 January 2027 to 30 December 2027, with two possible one-year extensions.
