Framework agreement for trade fair project management

Summary

Fraunhofer is procuring project management services for trade fairs, including preparation and on-site management, and, where required, visitor-tour management and the setup and use of the related software. The procurement consists of one lot; the planned project-management workload for 2027–2029 is 95, 93 and 74 preparation days and 35, 38 and 30 on-site days, respectively. The planned visitor-tour management workload for those years is 7, 5 and 7 preparation days and 9, 7 and 9 on-site days, respectively.
