Tender detail
Supply of cardboard packaging
Summary
The procurement is for the supply of cardboard packaging under a framework agreement with one contractor. The estimated quantity, including extensions, is approximately 960,000 units; the numerical format of the maximum quantity stated in the tender documents is unclear and should be clarified. The initial contract term is 12 months, with up to three unilateral extensions by the contracting authority, each for up to 12 months; the maximum term is four years. The precise packaging specifications and product ranges are set out in the technical delivery conditions and the offer form. Deliveries will generally be made against orders placed every two weeks to monthly. Delivery is due within 7 working days of an order, and delivery within 3 working days must be possible in the event of supply bottlenecks. Goods must be delivered folded, in bundles of ten, with bases and lids separated, on pallets and sorted by format. The bidder must provide the required samples with its offer. The bidder must provide references for comparable supplies performed during the last three years and, where available, company turnover and turnover for the relevant type of supply; no minimum turnover or minimum number of references is specified. The bidder must also explain how it will ensure continuity of supply, state the delivery time in whole days, and submit the required company, financial and compliance declarations. The offer must be submitted electronically using the contracting authority’s form by 12 November 2026 at 12:00. Samples must separately arrive at the contracting authority by that deadline. Price is the sole award criterion: the contract will be awarded to the bidder submitting the lowest total net price.
