Spülluftanlagen within the fire protection renovation of the SB building

Summary

ZDF Mainz is conducting an open procedure under VOB/A EU for the supply, installation, and commissioning of a flush air system (Spülluftanlage) as part of the fire protection renovation of the SB Building (Sendebetriebsgebäude). The bidder must provide two references for comparable works within the last seven years, with minimum value 100,000 EUR net for each; designate a responsible project manager with specified qualifications and at least three years of relevant experience; demonstrate an average annual turnover in ventilation/RLT installations of at least 600,000 EUR net over the last three completed financial years; maintain liability insurance of at least 10 million EUR for personal and property damage and 2 million EUR for financial losses per incident; and ensure subcontractors (if used) meet the same qualification requirements.
