Summary
The tender covers servicing, maintenance and repair of Stadtreinigung Hamburg’s Scania chassis, using genuine spare and wear parts. The work includes maintenance and repairs in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, statutory inspections and checks, and recording completed work in a digital service log. Services may be performed at the contractor’s own workshop or, by arrangement, at an SRH workshop in Hamburg. For a reported breakdown, repair work must begin no later than 12:00 on the following day if the report arrives by 12:00, or no later than 17:00 on the following day if it arrives after 12:00. The contractor must provide technical support on weekdays from 07:00 to 15:00 and, after award, appoint commercial and technical contacts available during those hours. The estimated total volume over the contract and extension options is up to EUR 1,200,000 excluding VAT. The contract runs from award until 31 October 2028, with two possible one-year extensions at SRH’s option. The bidder must offer a percentage discount on the spare-parts price list and provide hourly or fixed rates for the listed work categories. Invoices must itemise costs, including parts, labour time and hourly rates, any surcharges and discounts, and net and gross totals; they must also include the information needed to identify the vehicle, order and repair period. Specific suitability and exclusion requirements are set out in the corresponding fields below. Offers must be submitted electronically in German by 2 November 2026 at 10:00.
