Carpentry works for the conversion, renovation and extension of Harrl Primary School – Phase 4
Summary
The tender covers carpentry and timber construction works in phase 4 of the conversion, renovation and extension of the historic Harrl primary school building at Ulmenallee 3, Bückeburg. The work includes removing and disposing of historic board cladding, clay infill and its backing; preparing and installing C24 structural timber joists, trimmers and reinforcements; installing OSB 3 boards and 24 mm tongue-and-groove boards; and providing fixings. The specifications include, among other items, removal of 100 m² of cladding, removal of 20 m² of clay infill and backing, 5 m³ of C24 timber, 40 m² of OSB boards and 100 m² of tongue-and-groove boards. The building is designated as a historic monument, and the work is expected to be carried out in stages during calendar weeks 2–36 of 2027. The bidder must submit the priced bill of quantities and offer form electronically, together with the required suitability, wage and Russia-sanctions declarations. Timber products used must be FSC- or PEFC-certified, supported by accepted equivalent evidence, or shown to meet the relevant criteria in their country of origin. Price is the sole award criterion; alternative offers and multiple main offers are not permitted. The submission deadline is 30 October 2026 at 09:00, and the offer must remain valid until 30 December 2026. The bidder must allow for staged work, site safety, keeping the work area clean, and proper removal and documentation of waste.
