Stage flooring

Summary

The tender covers the complete design, supply, installation and documentation of stage, rehearsal-stage and sprung dance floors for the Kampnagel modernization and extension in Hamburg. The scope includes approximately 3,300 m² of stage flooring, 700 m² of rehearsal-stage flooring, 670 m² of sprung dance flooring, 260 m² of ramps and 270 floor-channel or access hatches. The bidder must submit the required suitability and self-declaration documents, comply with the technical specifications, provide verifiable structural calculations and certificates, and coordinate the work with other contractors. The tender includes workshop and installation drawings, measurements, material approvals, testing, surface finishing, temporary protection and final as-built documentation. Price is the only award criterion. The deadline stated in the notice is 10 September 2026.
