Hardtbergbad ventilation and air-conditioning systems

Summary

The City of Bonn is procuring the supply, installation, connection, commissioning and adjustment of ventilation and air-conditioning systems for the renovation and extension of the Hardtbergbad swimming complex. Lot 1 covers ventilation works in construction phases BA1 and BA2, including central air-handling units, smaller ventilation units, fans, ducts, insulation, air outlets, fire and smoke dampers, controls and associated commissioning and documentation. Lot 2 covers full maintenance of the installed systems during years 1–4 after commissioning, including repairs and replacement parts; hygiene inspections under VDI 6022 are specified every three years.
