Open-house drug rebate agreements for Teduglutide

Summary

AOK Bayern intends to conclude non-exclusive rebate agreements with all interested pharmaceutical companies for the active substance Teduglutide (ATC A16AX08). The earliest contract start date is 1 December 2026, and all agreements end on 30 November 2028; an agreement may be terminated with one month’s notice effective at the end of a month. If a nationwide or regional drug rebate agreement for the same active substance enters into force, the open-house agreements automatically cease to apply for the corresponding period.
