Intrexx licenses

Summary

Open procedure for Intrexx licenses: procurement of a total of 1,780 Intrexx rental licenses for an existing Intrexx portal, comprising 1,762 Named User licenses and 18 Admin licenses. The licenses may be distributed across multiple portals and operating environments, including Intrexx Share usage. An initial delivery of 1,400 licenses is planned, with a further 380 licenses to be provided six months after award to reach 1,780 licenses in total. The planned distribution across four platforms is: 792 Named User licenses and 8 Admin licenses on Platform 1; 376 Named User licenses and 4 Admin licenses on Platform 2; 148 Named User licenses and 2 Admin licenses on Platform 3; and 198 Named User licenses and 2 Admin licenses on Platform 4. The contract term starts with one year and is extendable up to three additional one-year periods. The procurement is led by Berlin’s Senate Chancellery; detailed qualification, eligibility and compliance requirements are defined in the tender documents.
