Timber construction and roofing works at Promenade School Jülich

Summary

The tender concerns timber construction, carpentry and roofing works for the Promenade School in Jülich. The contractor must remove approximately 1,000 m² of existing Eternit roof covering, dismantle parts of the existing roof and facade connections, clean and seal the ceiling, and manufacture, supply and install new wall elements for six classrooms, a new upper-floor ceiling, a pitched roof structure, flat-roof waterproofing, roof cladding and rainwater goods. The works are planned to start after the structural works, from February 2027, and to last approximately 8–10 weeks.
