Supply of a hydraulic excavator

Summary

The procurement is for one hydraulic excavator, including the attachments listed in items 1–12 of the technical specification. The bid must include a detailed schedule of all priced items; delivery to Rheinsberg (16831) is requested as a separate optional price item. The award is based on price (35%) and quality and technical performance (65%). Performance is assessed on the quick-coupling system, tiltrotator integration, attachment versatility, maintenance costs over 6,000 operating hours, camera system, controls, delivery time and service response time. Delivery from 1 January 2028 is not permitted; the earliest delivery date earning the maximum delivery-time score is 30 April 2027. Bids must be submitted electronically in German by 12:00 on 2 November 2026. Bidders must meet the turnover and insurance requirements, provide exclusion and sanctions declarations, and include the required technical evidence.
