Painting and coating works

Summary

The tender concerns painting, coating and linoleum flooring works at the building at Bülowstraße 90 in Berlin. The scope includes surface preparation, approximately 21,000 m² of primer and finish painting on wall surfaces and 4,000 m² on ceiling surfaces, as well as painting stairs, handrails, railings, doors, steel frames, steel doors and heating pipes, including approximately 1,600 m of heating pipes. The works form part of extensive conversion and refurbishment works planned from July 2024 to 2027. The bid must be submitted electronically by 13 October 2026. The currently applicable 19% VAT must be entered independently in the bid file. The bidder must complete the required declarations, comply with the applicable wage and legal requirements in Berlin, and ensure compliance throughout the relevant subcontracting chain.
