Delivery of ventilation filters

Summary

UM Mainz intends to award a framework agreement for the supply of ventilation filters (bag filters, compact filters and HEPA filters) for its ventilation systems. The bidder may offer only the filters listed in price list 3-1 GBE-2026-0004. Quantities are based on historical consumption data and are non-binding; the actual demand may be higher or lower. The supplier must be able to deliver ordered quantities on time and defect-free up to 2.5 times the estimated amounts. UM Mainz may procure from third parties. Orders are placed via SAP and the contract is formed by the award letter. Delivery addresses are communicated with each order and deliveries occur during business hours; packaging and labeling must meet requirements. Prices are fixed for the first 24 months; price adjustments can occur after 22 months upon written request. The contract may include additional filter types and the supplier is expected to propose improvements during the contract term. A complete item list in MS Excel (manufacturer, product name, manufacturer part/lot number, item number, description, unit price and total price) must be provided and kept up to date in response to price changes or assortment changes.
