Structural shell works for the all-day school extension at Dreslers Park Primary School, Kreuztal

Summary

The City of Kreuztal is procuring the structural shell works for an extension to Dreslers Park Primary School. The single-lot works include site setup and supplementary excavation, reinforced-concrete foundations, slabs, walls, columns, beams, stairs and a ramp, semi-precast floor slabs with in-situ concrete topping, reinforcement, load-bearing and non-load-bearing calcium-silicate masonry, waterproofing, perimeter insulation, basement windows, light wells, and foundation and ring earth electrodes. The extension is to be connected to the existing school building while the school site remains in use; the main demolition, bulk excavation and drainage works are procured separately.
