Summary

The tender covers structural building works for the renovation and extension of Adolf Weber Grammar School in Munich. The scope includes approximately 2,750 m³ of excavation with disposal and backfilling, demolition of existing basement window wells, entrance vestibules and parts of the underground garage ramp, concrete repair and renovation of basement external walls, construction and installation of 21 new basement window wells, perimeter insulation and waterproofing of approximately 950 m² of basement external wall, construction of foundations and floor slabs for entrance vestibules, temporary escape routes and access structures, renovation and adaptation of the underground garage ramp including drainage, and interior finishing works in the entrance vestibule areas.
