Temporary office container system for Aldenhoven municipal administration

Summary

The Municipality of Aldenhoven is procuring the planning, rental, delivery, installation, maintenance and eventual dismantling and return of a two-storey modular office container facility for temporary municipal administration at Heidgasse in Aldenhoven-Siersdorf. The facility includes a single-storey archive annex and is designed for 63 rooms and approximately 86 workstations; the archive is planned to provide 136.68 m² and capacity for 440 linear metres of shelving. The planned rental period is 32 months. Groundworks and foundations, and external works, are covered by separate lots and are outside this container contract.
