Earthworks and structural works for the extension of the Konrad Adenauer Gymnasium C building

Summary

The City of Langenfeld is procuring earthworks and structural works for the extension of the C building at Konrad Adenauer Gymnasium. The works include site setup, excavation and ground preparation, removal and installation of drainage and buried utility lines, reinforced-concrete foundations, walls, slabs and stairs, masonry, openings and core drilling, waterproofing, and demolition of selected existing elements. The main structural works are planned to start no later than 14 days after award and last 25 weeks; the schedule anticipates a start on 11 January 2027 and completion on 21 June 2027. The contract is not divided into lots.
